Ford Parts | Shipping Policy
Ground shipping is FREE on orders over $50.00. Shipping time is about 5-7 business days to the 48 Continental US. Ford Parts orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii cannot be shipped by this method. Please Note: Ford Performance parts are shipped ground only. Alaska and Hawaii orders are shipped using express mail, Fedex or Airborne. You will be charged separately for shipping on these orders. We also charge a $12.95 handling fee on all of these Ford parts orders.
Return Procedure
We offer a 21 day return policy on all orders except for special order Ford parts, electrial parts and service manuals. We charge a 20% restocking fee on all orders unless it was our error. All shipping must be pre-paid by the customer. To return an order from us you MUST email: shipping@discountfparts.com your order number, part number for return, a full reason for the return, full name and email address you ordered with. You will be emailed an RMA return number and instructions within about 4-5 business days. If you return a Ford part without getting a return number first we will have no way to track your return.
